Join Flying Leap’s Winemakers, Distillers and Growers in our Beautiful New Event Space for an amazing evening of wine, food and hospitality.
Dinner and Wines are Served! On the menu:
Appetizer: Dill & smoked salmon spread on melba crackers Fruit & veggie tray with dip.
– Our chosen wine pairing is Flying Leap’s 2015 Trio.
Salad: Tossed spinach and greens with goat cheese, pistachios and raspberry vinaigrette & fresh breadsticks.
– Our chosen wine pairing is Flying Leap’s 2015 La Flor Grenache Rose.
Dinner: Baked ham glazed with rosemary, nutmeg & real maple syrup, au gratin potatoes (both white & sweet) with cheddar cheese sauce, shallots, chilies and local chipotle, In-Season vegetables to include asparagus and baby carrots in a light butter/olive oil glaze.
– Our chosen wine pairing is Flying Leap’s 2014 Scavenger Blend.
Dessert: Cheesecake with strawberries and a springtime surprise.
– Our chosen wine pairing is Flying Leap’s 2014 Petit Verdot Dessert Wine.
Also included in the price are a beautiful take-home 22-oz. Bordeaux-style souvenir wine glass (additional glasses and bottles may be purchased at the winery), a barrel sample of a future 2016 or 2017 release as well as a marvelous guided tour of our wonderful winery and brand new distillery.
