Spanish Fly is a carefully crafted masterpiece utilizing wines produced from across out entire vineyard portfolio. The blending components were aged in premium French oak barriques from between 20 and 30 months, then combined by our winemakers to create a wonderful and complex red wine. The blend is full in body and well balanced, with lovely aromatics of hibiscus flower, cinnamon and cherries, and the wine is mouthwatering with luxurious flavors of pomegranate and red licorice. This wine will age well - always decant, and enjoy at room temprature with roasted fowl, spicy sausages and hearty soups & stews.
