Product Details

A first in our region. An authentic Icewine produced with frozen raisins picked in late December 2021. Cold-fermented with Sauternes yeasts and aged in grappa casks for nearly a year, the wine is intensely-sweet with strong notes of apricot, peach and vanilla candy. It's color is utterly beautiful, connoting the cold winter in which it was picked and pressed. Residual sugar at harvest was 450 g/L.
