Cold Soaked Grenache, Full Bodied Rose
Our current release of La Flor is a classically-styled rosé produced from Grenache & Marsanne winegrapes grown at our southeastern Arizona vineyards. The wine’s pink color comes through natural cold-extraction by soaking the juices together with the grape skins for up to 72 hours before pressing. The pink-stained juices are vinified into rosé wine in the fall, then cold stabilized over the winter months in chilled stainless steel tanks. La Flor is a truly beautiful wine in the glass, with lush notes of ripe strawberry, melon and hibiscus flower. A refreshing wine, serve cool and enjoy with classic summer barbecue dishes.
