Aged for three years in a carefully balanced combination of concrete tanks and American oak barrels, it delivers bold flavors of red currant with a touch of spice, complemented by herbal notes and a black pepper finish. It pairs seamlessly with roasted meats, hearty stews, or charcuterie and reflects our commitment to low water use farming practices and artisanal winemaking.
