We craft our Union red blend in the grand tradition of Bordeaux, combining bold Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Malbec wines with a touch of Ugni Blanc. Aged entirely in fine concrete tanks, this richly flavored red opens with vibrant aromas of ripe cherries, blueberries, and delicate floral notes. It reveals a fruit-forward profile of ripe blackberries, supported by excellent structure and depth. A deep crimson hue is complemented by subtle spice and a velvety texture. The wine benefits from decanting, will age beautifully, and it pairs perfectly with roasted lamb, hearty stews, and bold cheeses.
