Our 2022 Saignée [pronounced, "SAHN-YAY"] is an ultra light-bodied, crisp and fruity rosé produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the Yakima Valley in Washington state. The distinctive wine is made using the traditional Saignée method, where fermenting juice of crushed red winegrapes is captured early in the process and vinified separately. The rosé made this way is very light in body and color, with crisp acidity and bright, refreshing fruit flavors. It’s ideal enjoyed during warm weather, unaccompanied or with lighter fare.
