Made from our hand-harvested Marsanne and Ugni Blanc winegrapes, this dry Spanish-style Fino is biologically-aged 'under flor', offering aromas of green almonds, herbs, and a hint of salt. The sherry is crisp and clean on the palate, with notes of citrus, chamomile, and a savory finish. Best enjoyed chilled with tapas, olives, or seafood, our American sherry is a refreshing expression of our desert vineyards and this unique winemaking style.
