Flying Leap produces a unique straight bourbon "single barrel" whiskey distilled from a complex, soured mash of organic, non-GMO New Mexican Blue & Sweet Corn cereal grains with dark roasted wheat and clear Spring barley malts. After distillation at our winery estate, the whiskey is patiently-matured & mellowed in new, 53-gallon charred Kentucky White Oak casks in our barrel house for a minimum of two years before bottling. The whiskey is smooth, rich and flavorful, with sweet caramel, roasted almond, apricot and butter cream on the palate.

Mash Bill: Blue Corn (69%), Sweet Yellow Corn (5%), Malted Wheat (13%), and Malted Barley (13%)
Oak Source: United States (Kentucky White Oak), 53-gallon, Heavily Charred
