This is a single barrel bottling of a 2019 Rye production using German & American rye malts with a small amount of roasted barley in the mash. The whiskey was aged for 3 years in charred Kentucky white oak casks. A densely-flavored brick of a whiskey, our rye is cut to 90 proof and has spicy notes of carrot cake, carraway and smooth butter cream.
